OK… I admit I’m an idiot for not realising the tax ran out on my car…. but good god the DVLA doesn’t know it’s left hand from its right. Foolishly I thought when I updated my address with the DVLA for my licence they would be so kind as to update it for the car and send the reminder to the right address… They just told me on the phone the two departments “do not communicate”… Why?
