so phoned BT last night and this morning my worst fear was realised… it went from getting slower and slower to being off and it is still off… This better be fixed before I get home!
typical, I phone BT to explain my speed has halved. They send an engineer and it doesn’t get better. I phoned them tonight and now it has halved again… Do I risk calling again?
how many pointless layers of support departments can BT invent…? My ticket that they investigated today has been closed for “being inactive for more than 48 hours”… *head desk*
